Sunkanmi Omobolanle, a gifted actor and director, and her spouse, seasoned Nollywood actress Peju Ogunmola, are related by marriage to Sunday Omobolanle.
He was born in Ilora, a town in the southwest Nigerian region of Oyo State, on October 10, 1954. Nollywood actor Sunday Omobolanle is also a producer, playwright, director, and comic actor. He is best known for playing the character of Awada Kerikeri in Yoruba movies.
He has written, directed, produced, and appeared in a number of Nigerian movies, including Adun Ewuro, Konkobilo, and Oba Alatise.
