A viral video recently came out, pointing fingers at the ADC governorship candidate “Honorable Leke Abejide” in the upcoming November 11 Kogi State election. This video stirred up quite a bit of controversy.

However, a closer look shows that the people behind this attempt to harm the candidate’s reputation don’t seem to grasp the basics of communication. They left out important parts of the conversation in their edited video.

In that video, the candidate was talking about making sure traditional leaders are taken care of when they’re called upon to discuss community development. But what they didn’t show was that the discussion was about ensuring overall progress and the safety of people’s lives and properties in the areas represented by these traditional leaders.

Despite this attempt to tarnish his image, Honorable Leke Abejide, the ADC governorship candidate, is staying focused and dedicated to his goal of improving governance in Kogi State. He knows that the people behind this attempt won’t affect how much support he has from the voters.

Hon. Abejide released a statement where he assured the people of Kogi that he’s determined to win the upcoming election. He emphasized his commitment to implementing policies that will bring positive change and usher in a new era of governance that cares about the well-being and progress of all Kogites.

He also thanked the people for their support and urged them not to be swayed by sensationalized stories. He believes that the people of Kogi State will see his track record and vision for the future, and they will choose him as their governor.

As the November 11 election approaches, the focus should be on the issues that matter most to the people of Kogi State. Voters should think about the candidates’ plans and values instead of falling for manipulative tactics. Ultimately, the people of Kogi have the power to decide the future of their state by picking a leader who will prioritize their well-being and work towards progress and safety.

Hon. Leke Abejide remains strong and unwavering, ready to keep his promise of making a brighter future for Kogi State.”
